Visionary Research Program already has six open positions

The Visionary Research Program (Programa Pesquisa Visionária) will select graduates, masters, and PhD holders to develop new monitoring solutions for ALTAVE. Approved in a CNPq announcement, a large number of positions are expected to open and be filled throughout the year. Some opportunities are already available in São José dos Campos, SP, and throughout Brazil.

Recognized as one of the world leaders in intelligent security solutions, ALTAVE expects the projects to help protect lives in critical environments such as Oil & Gas, Mining and Industry, as well as applications to prevent damage to the environment and the assets of global companies.

“It's an opportunity for researchers to put their academic knowledge into practice in projects with a major impact on society”, comments Viviane Orlandi, People & Culture analyst at ALTAVE.

The Visionary Research Program (Programa Pesquisa Visionária) is a combination of three different research projects approved by ALTAVE in the CNPq/SEMPI/MCTI Call No. 021/2021. In addition to the scholarship, the project includes an additional amount and benefits provided by ALTAVE for each selected scholarship holder.

The program is also a novelty in the month in which the company completes 12 years of operation and establishes its operations with companies all over the world.

Researchers can be hired according to their performance in the company. The program will last 18 months.

What we're after

Visionary researchers and professionals interested in working on a challenging project.

Those chosen will be responsible for developing projects for monitoring operations alongside ALTAVE's experienced Services and Software & AI (Artificial Intelligence) team, with CNPq approval.
