ALTAVE is transforming offshore operations through its intelligent video analytics system. One of the company's main solutions is occupational monitoring on support vessels, a requirement for operations chartered by Petrobras.
Implemented on 8 vessels from different oil companies, the system complies with the requirements of Petrobras' Technical Specification and reinforces the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture in fleets in Brazil.
ALTAVE's system is based on computer vision (Intelligent Video Analytics) to identify risks and deviations in operations. The solution offers agility and efficiency in reporting and diagnosing incidents, improving indicators related to safety and operational efficiency., melhorando indicadores relativos à segurança e eficiência operacional.
How the system works
The solution processes images from cameras installed on the main deck of support vessels and detects deviations such as personal protective equipment (PPE compliance, people in exclusion zones ('red zones management'), people on deck during tensioning operations winch cable and people lying on the ground.
The onboard system operator and Petrobras are notified when an incident is identified on the vessel, in real time and automatically. Monitoring of alerts is carried out through the ALTAVE Harpia software, with an analytical panel and a personalized interface for each operation, 24/7.
The ALTAVE Harpia software helps support vessels to prevent incidents, reduce operating costs and improve operations through insights generated by an analytical dashboard.
ALTAVE is responsible for the complete service, including high-tech camera installation, software integration, power redundancy, maintenance, local server installation and lifecycle support. All the equipment used by ALTAVE is homologated by ANATEL.
